Teresa is Dolphina’s Managing Director and Club Welfare Officer, as well as Chair of Hertfordshire Gymnastics Association. As a Level 1 Gymnastics Coach and club judge, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the club, with a real passion for supporting gymnasts and the wider gymnastics community.

Karen founded Dolphina Gymnastics Club in 1991 at just 20 years old, following her own journey as a gymnast. As a Level 4 Gymnastics Coach, she brings decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the club, having coached gymnasts from beginner level through to national-level competition.

Carolyn joined the Dolphina team when her daughter became a gymnast and has been a valued member of the club ever since. Her continued dedication and support make her an important part of our gymnastics community.

Mali joined Dolphina in 2023 as a Level 2 Head Coach. As an active gymnast herself, she brings valuable knowledge and first-hand experience to her coaching. Still training regularly, Mali understands the dedication it takes to progress in gymnastics.

Sasha began her gymnastics journey at Dolphina at just six years old and has grown from a young gymnast into a valued member of our coaching team. Now a Level 2 Artistic Gymnastics Coach and Level 2 Preschool Coach, she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics and helping the next generation of gymnasts develop their skills and confidence.

Rhian is a level 2 joined the Dolphina team in 2018, bringing with her a background in gymnastics in Wales and experience as a high-level kickboxer. Her own sporting journey gives her a first-hand understanding of the dedication, discipline and commitment it takes to succeed in sport, helping her relate to and support our gymnasts as they develop their skills and reach their potential.

Zoe began her gymnastics journey at Dolphina at just five years old and has since progressed from gymnast to coach. Now a Level 2 Gymnastics Coach, she loves sharing her passion for the sport and helping our gymnasts develop their skills, confidence and love of gymnastics.

Maria joined Dolphina when her daughter started gymnastics. Maria plays a valued dual role within the club, supporting our administration team and teaching our preschool gymnasts, helping little ones develop confidence and coordination through movement.

Lily started her gymnastics journey at Dolphina at just five years old and is still training and competing today. Having grown up within the club, she brings years of first-hand gymnastics experience, dedication and passion for the sport.

Libby has been coaching at Dolphina since 2017 and is now a Level 2 Head Coach. With years of coaching experience and a wealth of knowledge in gymnastics, she is passionate about helping our gymnasts develop their skills, build confidence and reach their full potential.

Savannah began her journey with us as a gymnast and has since achieved her Level 1 coaching qualification. She is a valued member of our team and always brings a smile to work.

Becky has been part of our coaching team since 2013. With a wealth of gymnastics knowledge and a Level 2 coaching qualification, she brings years of experience and expertise to the club.

Izzy has been part of our gymnastics family since the age of five. While currently training to become a vet, she brings a fun, positive energy to every coaching session.

Alana began her journey with us as a gymnast and has coached with us since. She is a valued member of our team.

Lily-Mae joined our team in 2025 and has since achieved her Level 1 coaching qualification. She coaches our recreational, pre-school and home education classes, bringing fun, energy and enthusiasm to every lesson.

Isobel joined our team in 2025, bringing with her a background in acrobatic gymnastics. She is a qualified Level 2 coach and club judge, sharing her knowledge and experience to help our gymnasts develop their skills.

Sally recently joined our team, bringing enthusiasm, energy and a passion for helping our gymnasts learn, grow and enjoy their gymnastics journey.
