All of our below classes are structured classes and are aimed for children who are under 5. Each class is designed to help develop children’s cognitive skills, balance and co-ordination as well as an opportunity to meet other parents and children.

Previously known as our ‘With-Parent’ class, this session is coach lead but parents/carers will lead their children round the apparatus learning basic gymnastic shapes and movements. Our ‘Me & My Shadow class helps children learn and develop core skills such as to think, to learn and to pay attention as well as to help improve their co-ordination and balance!

Children will do a warm up, two rotations of challenging obstacles using our specialist gymnastics equipment, finishing with time to further explore their favourite activity of the day!

These sessions are perfect for those who aren’t quite ready to do a class on their own yet!

For children aged 18 months to 3 yrs

This session is a fully structured class without a parent/carer. Children will learn basic gymnastics shapes and movements as well as develop important social skills like taking turns, waiting in line, being able to listen and follow instructions in an active environment.

Children will do a warm up, three rotations of activities using our specialist gymnastics equipment and a cool down.

These sessions are a perfect introduction to our after school and weekend classes!
