By signing up for a course at Dolphina Gymnastics, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions stated below. Please read carefull.

1. Uniform Requirements
• Preschool: Dolphina T-shirt, leggings/Leotard, and socks.
• Recreational: Dolphina leotard for girls.
• Boys: Dolphina T-shirt with black/navy shorts.
• General Squad: Competitive General Leotard (Ordered through Dolphina).
• Artistic Squad: Competition and training leotard (Ordered through Dolphina).
Uniforms can be purchased through Beats School Uniform. Please see reception for more details

2. Personal Items in the Gym
• Any gymnast wishing to bring clothing into the gym must use a drawstring bag (available for purchase at reception).

3. Water in the Gym
• Only still water is allowed in the gym.

4. Earrings Policy
• Gymnasts with newly pierced ears can attend only if:
• An Earring Declaration form is completed and signed by a parent (available at reception)
• Micropore tape covers the earrings (can be purchased at reception).
• Only stud earrings are allowed while healing.
• After 6 weeks, NO earrings are permitted during training or competitions. Any gymnast refusing to remove earrings will not be allowed to train.

5. Jewellery and Religious Bands
• For the safety of all gymnasts and coaches, NO jewellery or religious bands are allowed during training or competitions.

6. Hair
• Long hair must be tied up. If the ponytail is lower than shoulder height, it must be tied into a plait or bun to avoid catching while training.

7. Language and Behaviour
• The use of foul language is not permitted in the centre.
• Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. Any member abusing staff will have their membership revoked, and no refund will be offered.

8. Parking
• We have free parking available on site.

9. Membership
• British Gymnastics insurance is required for all gymnasts who are training. Any gymnast without current BG insurance will not be permitted to train, and no refund will be offered.

10. Class Cancellations
• In the event classes are cancelled due to the centre being closed because of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions), the session will not be reimbursed as this is beyond the centre’s control.

11. Agreement to Terms
• By attending your first session at Dolphina, you agree that you have read and accept the above Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that all payments/courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, and you confirm that your child is fit for the sport of gymnastics. If any of these rules are broken, your membership will be terminated without a refund.

12. With Parent Classes
• We strongly recommend that all gymnasts remove all jewellery and bands for safety reasons.
• However, gymnasts attending a with-parent class may wear “stud earrings only.” By doing so, the parent accepts full responsibility for the gymnast’s ear and earring during training. No responsibility will be taken by the centre if the coach knocks the ear while supporting.
• The coach reserves the right to refuse certain activities if they feel it may put the gymnast at risk, e.g., supporting on bars.

13. Independent Classes
• For all independent classes, ALL jewellery, including “stud earrings,” must be removed.
