This coach-led session lets parents guide their children (ages 18 months to 3 years) through basic gymnastics. Children develop coordination, balance, and core skills with a warm-up, two obstacle rotations, and time to explore\n their favourite activities. For children aged 3-4 years, this structured class fosters independence. Children learn basic gymnastics and essential social skills like taking turns and following instructions. Sessions include a warm-up, three activity\n rotations, and a cool-down\u2014an ideal intro to our after-school and weekend classes!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Our Novice classes are for children who are working towards their badge 8 to 5 and are relatively new to gymnastics. Typically children in this class tend to be 4 (must be in reception) to 7yrs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Our Advanced classes are for children who have passed their Badge 1. They should be able to roll forwards & backwards, cartwheel, handstand, handstand forward roll, bend back to bridge and kick over confidently. Children tend to\n be aged 11+ in this class.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Please note: When booking, most of our Novice classes are labelled as \u2018Novice\/Intermediate\u2019 this just means that there are a mixed of novice & intermediates in this session but children as always grouped according to ability and gymnastics level.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
