By signing up for a course at Dolphina Gymnastics, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions stated below. Please read carefully.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Uniform Requirements<\/strong>\n
\u2022 Preschool:<\/strong> Dolphina T-shirt, leggings\/Leotard, and socks.\n
\u2022 Recreational:<\/strong> Dolphina leotard for girls.\n
\u2022 Boys:<\/strong> Dolphina T-shirt with black\/navy shorts.\n
\u2022 General Squad:<\/strong> Competitive General Leotard (Ordered through Dolphina).\n
\u2022 Artistic Squad:<\/strong> Competition and training leotard (Ordered through Dolphina).\n
Uniforms can be purchased through Beats School Uniform. Please see reception for more details\n

2. Personal Items in the Gym<\/strong>\n
\u2022 Any gymnast wishing to bring clothing into the gym must use a drawstring bag (available for purchase at reception).

3. Water in the Gym<\/strong>\n
\u2022 Only still water is allowed in the gym.<\/p>\n

4. Earrings Policy\ufeff<\/strong>\n
\u2022 Gymnasts with newly pierced ears can attend only if:\n
\u2022 An Earring Declaration form is completed and signed by a parent (available at reception)\n
\u2022 Micropore tape covers the earrings (can be purchased at reception).\n
\u2022 Only stud earrings are allowed while healing.\n
\u2022 After 6 weeks, NO earrings are permitted during training or competitions. Any gymnast refusing to remove earrings will not be allowed to train.<\/p>\n

5. Jewellery and Religious Bands<\/strong>\n
\u2022 For the safety of all gymnasts and coaches, NO jewellery or religious bands are allowed during training or competitions.<\/p>\n

6. Hair<\/strong>\n
\u2022 Long hair must be tied up. If the ponytail is lower than shoulder height, it must be tied into a plait or bun to avoid catching while training.<\/p>\n

7. Language and Behaviour<\/strong>\n
\u2022 The use of foul language is not permitted in the centre.\n
\u2022 Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. Any member abusing staff will have their membership revoked, and no refund will be offered.<\/p>\n

8. Parking<\/strong>\n
\u2022 We have free parking available on site.<\/p>\n

9. Membership<\/strong>\n
\u2022 British Gymnastics insurance is required for all gymnasts who are training. Any gymnast without current BG insurance will not be permitted to train, and no refund will be offered.<\/p>\n

10. Class Cancellations<\/strong>\n
\u2022 In the event classes are cancelled due to the centre being closed because of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions), the session will not be reimbursed as this is beyond the centre\u2019s control.<\/p>\n

11. Agreement to Terms<\/strong>\n
\u2022 By attending your first session at Dolphina, you agree that you have read and accept the above Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that all payments\/courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, and you confirm that your\n child is fit for the sport of gymnastics. If any of these rules are broken, your membership will be terminated without a refund.<\/p>\n

12. With Parent Classes<\/strong>\n
\u2022 We strongly recommend that all gymnasts remove all jewellery and bands for safety reasons.\n
\u2022 However, gymnasts attending a with-parent class may wear \u201cstud earrings only.\u201d By doing so, the parent accepts full responsibility for the gymnast\u2019s ear and earring during training. No responsibility will be taken by the centre\n if the coach knocks the ear while supporting.\n
\u2022 The coach reserves the right to refuse certain activities if they feel it may put the gymnast at risk, e.g., supporting on bars.<\/p>\n

13. Independent Classes<\/strong>\n
\u2022 For all independent classes, ALL jewellery, including \u201cstud earrings,\u201d must be removed.<\/p>\n

14.<\/strong>Catch up classes<\/span><\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022 We offer catch-up classes as a good will gesture, strictly subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022 <\/span>Catch up eligibility- Catch up classes are only offered for sickness or holidays.<\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022<\/span>Notification deadline- You must inform the club before 12pm on your child\u2019s normal training day if they will be absent.<\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022<\/span>Sickness catch-ups-These must be taken within the week following the sickness.<\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022<\/span>Holiday catch-ups- These must be taken the week before your holiday or the week after returning.<\/p>\n

\ufeff\u2022<\/span>No changes- Once a catch-up class is booked, it cannot be changed.<\/p>\n
