All of our below classes are structured classes and are aimed for children who are under 5. Each class is designed to help develop children\u2019s cognitive skills, balance and co-ordination as well as an opportunity to meet other parents\n and children.<\/p>\n

Me & My Shadow \u2013 A Magical Start to Movement!<\/strong> Previously known as our \u2018With-Parent\u2019 class, Me & My Shadow<\/strong> is a coach-led adventure where parents\/carers guide their little ones through\n exciting gymnastics challenges\u2014learning fundamental shapes, movements, and coordination together.<\/p>\n

Think giggles, grip strength, and growing brains! These sessions help your child build core developmental skills like focus, balance, spatial awareness, and body control<\/strong>\u2014all while having a blast.<\/p>\n
