Squad classes are designed for children who demonstrate strong competitive potential. Participation is by invitation only.\n
We are currently running ‘Open Squad’ trials, click the button below to book a trial. Alternatively  \n

2,4,8 & 9 HOUR SQUADS<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

At Dolphina, we offer 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour & 9-hour competitive squad training sessions. Within these squads, gymnasts work towards two-piece and four-piece competitions at the County, Regional, and potentially National levels.\n Training encompasses all four apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.<\/p>\n

Our squad groups are accessible by invitation only, or through a successful trial. Gymnasts selected for our squads exhibit natural physical abilities and significant potential.<\/p>\n

Competitive gymnastics demands hard work, dedication, and a substantial time commitment. Training sessions focus on conditioning, mastering basic shapes and movements, and repeating drills until skills are perfected. Gymnasts must\n develop strength and flexibility to perform the required skills for various competitions.<\/p>\n

Gymnastics is a challenging sport, and both squad members and their families must understand that joining a squad requires a serious commitment. To succeed, a squad gymnast must attend training regularly, commit to their program, and\n cultivate a high level of self-discipline.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
