TEEN GYM
This session is for teenagers who are looking to learn gymnastics skills or keep up the ones they can currently do. If you just want to work on one piece apparatus or practice them all that’s fine too, each week there will be different apparatus available to work on. This session is structured and will be led by our Head Coach Karen but the session will have an informal feel to it and will have a relaxed, laid back environment. Gymnasts will be able to speak to Coach Karen and tell her what they want to work towards and she will guide & support you to achieve your goals.
